We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with Data Governance expertiseto support data governance initiatives. This role involves gathering requirements, configuring Collibra, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance data quality, compliance, and lineage tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams for Collibra implementation.
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for data governance.
• Configure and maintain Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC)to meet business needs.
• Support metadata management, data lineage, and catalogingefforts.
• Develop workflows, dashboards, and reports in Collibra.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other data governance standards.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
• Integrate Collibra with other data management tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Collibra-related issues.

• 10+ years of BSA experience, including 2+ years with Collibra.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality.
• Hands-on experience with Collibra DGC configuration and administration.
• Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and integration concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Collibra Ranger or Architect certification.
• Experience integrating Collibra with ETL tools, data lakes, and cloud platforms.
