Job Description

Are you passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences? Do you love helping people and making their day better? We're looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our team and ensure that every guest has a smooth, enjoyable experience—all from the comfort of your home!

In this role, you'll assist guests through phone, email, and live chat, helping with bookings, answering inquiries, and resolving any concerns with care and professionalism. You'll be the bridge between guests and our resort, ensuring their needs are met with enthusiasm and efficiency. Plus, there's real opportunity for growth within our company!

What You'll Do:
Provide friendly and professional support to guests via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist with reservations, booking modifications, and general inquiries about resort amenities and activities.
Help guests with special requests such as dining reservations, spa bookings, or accommodations to enhance their stay.
Follow up with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure a positive lasting impression.
Resolve any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guests feel heard and valued.
Keep detailed records of guest interactions, preferences, and resolutions in our CRM system.

What We're Looking For:
At least 6 months of customer support experience, ideally in hospitality or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A natural problem solver who can think on their feet and offer effective solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and communication tools is a plus.
A quiet, dedicated home office space with a reliable internet connection for seamless remote work.
Must be based in the USA or Canada (available across all time zones).
