For additional information, visit us at Key Responsibilities: Serve as a key member of the Operations Support team, reporting directly to a Project Manager. Conduct thorough impact analysis of product or operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop comprehensive end-to-end (E2E) process flows using the ADONIS tool. Gather and analyze requirements from Product, Operations, and Divisional stakeholders to create detailed System Requirement Documents (SRDs). Collaborate with development teams to communicate requirements and contribute to the creation of Solution Design Documents (SDDs). Review epics and user stories to ensure they meet business needs. Participate in the review of QA test cases, providing insightful feedback to enhance product quality. Analyze end-to-end test results and participate in functionality demos to ensure product efficacy. Offer valuable input to the End User Content team to aid in content development. Assist the training team as needed to facilitate effective knowledge transfer. Provide dedicated post-implementation support following each release deployment, ensuring smooth transitions and continuous improvement. Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000.
