Description

Birth of Royal Child is seeking bright, organized, and highly motivated interns to join our  Fashion Management team in New York. This internship offers firsthand exposure to the operational side of a growing fashion brand — from inventory and logistics to showroom coordination and online business strategy.

We are looking for candidates who are driven, eager to learn, and able to support a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting daily studio operations and team coordination
• Assisting with inventory management, product tracking, and seasonal collection prep
• Helping maintain the  Shopify storefront: product uploads, inventory updates, order tracking
• Coordinating showroom appointments and assisting with visual merchandising
• Tracking orders, deliveries, and sample send-outs
• Updating vendor lists, databases, and internal documents
• Providing general administrative support and participating in special projects
• Completing and presenting a final Internship Project, guided by senior team members — designed to help you grow professionally and creatively

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
• Experience working with  Shopify is highly preferred
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills
• A passion for fashion business, operations, and brand development
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Internship Terms

This is an  unpaid internship that offers valuable industry experience and qualifies for  academic credit . We are happy to provide any required documentation for your institution.

Interns must be available to work  at least 15 hours per week in our  New York office .
