Finance Specialist (Urgent Hire)

Location: Addison, IL
Department: Finance, Compliance & Taxation

Salary Range: 70,000-95,000/year (Based on experience and local market benchmarks)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist to manage daily financial operations, ensure liquidity, and support strategic planning. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills. This dual-role position also ensures regulatory adherence and efficient tax management, bridging compliance oversight with tax operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage cash flow and daily banking transactions.
Monitor corporate credit card usage and reconcile expenses.
Prepare weekly cash requirement forecasts and funding plans.
Assist in accounts payable/receivable processes and month-end closing.
Maintain accurate financial records and compliance with internal controls.
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly audits, and monthly financial tracking.
Prepare and file annual sales tax returns (Illinois and multi-state).
Review management reports, coordinate quarterly internal audits, and liaise with HQ.
Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (e.g., IRS, IL Department of Revenue).
Analyze financial data to identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years of experience in treasury, cash management, or general accounting, compliance, tax preparation, or audit roles.
Knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations.
Strong communication skills for cross-departmental and HQ collaboration.
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar ERP systems.
Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP).
Mandarin language skills preferred
