We are looking for a full-time Help Desk Technician under our Apprenticeship Program . This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience, structured training, and career growth in IT support.
Key Responsibilities:✔ Associate’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
✔ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – strong verbal and written communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of operating systems, networks, and troubleshooting
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to work on-site in Arecibo, PR
