Job Description

**This position is contingent on contract award**

RMC is hiring Intelligence Support Specialists to support USSOCOM. The selected applicants will be responsible for performing as a part of a team on intelligence support services around the globe.

Duties may include:

  • Assist in the administrative Reception, Staging, Onward Movement, and Integration (RSOI) for intelligence augmentation personnel.

  • Prepare required documentation for intelligence augmentation personnel to facilitate their RSOI.

  • Facilitate maintenance of Request for Forces (RFF) and Joint Manning document (JMD) manning requirements.

  • Travel CONUS and OCONUS to support RSOI of personnel and perform tasks outside normal work hours including weekends.

Requirements

  • **Active TS/SCI (DoD TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information access eligibility) is required to start. **The applicant selected may be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • Four (4) years of Intelligence experience within the DoD or equivalent Government agencies.
  • Strong communication skills and able to clearly articulate training requirements.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently with little or no supervision.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and other automation to support RSOI efforts and augmentation personnel sustainment.

  • Bachelor’s degree in subject matter area, or closely related discipline.

  • Two (2) years of Intelligence Force Management experience is preferred.

  • Former military experience.

  • Prior SOF experience or significant knowledge of special operations is highly desirable.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $99,000 to $161,000 (annually).
