LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT / URBAN DESIGNER – ALL LEVELS

Location: Tampa, FL | Relocation Assistance Available

Salary Range: $80,000 – $130,000 (commensurate with experience)

We are a multidisciplinary firm specializing in public sector design and infrastructure, with a strong focus on streetscapes, shorelines, parks, stormwater systems, and watershed management. Our approach is rooted in creating resilient, community-driven public spaces that prioritize sustainability and design excellence. Unlike firms working in the private development sector, we exclusively serve local governments and public agencies.

We are seeking a Landscape Architect or Urban Designer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for professionals at all levels who want to work on meaningful, complex urban and environmental projects. You will be involved in concept development, site analysis, design production, and plan assembly—leveraging tools like AutoCAD and Adobe Suite to help bring public space designs to life. Experience level will determine your leadership responsibilities, but all roles emphasize team collaboration and interdisciplinary engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in public space design projects including streetscapes, parks, and coastal spaces
• Conduct site analysis and assist in the preparation of detailed plan sets and construction documents
• Work closely with a team of engineers and planners on integrated urban design and infrastructure solutions
• Support projects related to climate resilience, coastal adaptation, and sea-level rise policy

Minimum Qualifications:

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in site design and detailing
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite

Preferred Skills:

• GIS proficiency
• Experience working on climate or water resilience projects
• Strong design portfolio showcasing both conceptual and technical skills
