Administrative Coordinator – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ (100% On-Site)
Hours: 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
Benefits: Employer covers 70% of medical insurance, 2 weeks vacation to start

✔️ Commercial real estate experience is a must —you need to know the ins and outs of how these properties operate.
✔️ Someone highly organized and detail-focused —you’ll be handling contracts and making sure everything lines up.
✔️ Strong communicator—you’ll be working with tenants, vendors, and contractors to coordinate services.
✔️ Someone who likes keeping things in order and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
