Bold Monk Brewing Co. is a European-inspired brewery and brasserie in the heart of Atlanta, built around craft, conversation, and community. We serve award-winning beers, refined comfort food, and intentional hospitality across a dynamic space that includes a beer garden, coffeehouse, and private event rooms.

We’re looking for a Front of House Manager who is passionate about hospitality and thrives in a leadership role that’s all about execution, excellence, and supporting the vision of our General Manager.

THE ROLE

The Front of House Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing daily service, coaching team members, and driving operational consistency. You’ll serve as the right hand to the General Manager , helping to maintain Bold Monk’s high standards while creating a welcoming and polished guest experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the execution of daily operations and long-term goals
• Lead pre-shift meetings, provide on-the-floor leadership, and model service excellence
• Coach, develop, and hold FOH team members accountable to service standards
• Assist the GM with hiring, onboarding, and scheduling
• Monitor floor flow and coordinate with BOH leaders to maintain timely service
• Help manage private event service execution and ensure seamless integration with daily service
• Oversee ambiance details like cleanliness, music, lighting, and overall guest experience
• Take the lead on service recovery and guest interaction, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally
• Support the GM in labor management, cost controls, and service efficiency
• Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld at all times
• Help drive a positive, hospitality-focused workplace culture

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and team-building skills
• Guest-first mindset with attention to detail and service flow
• Working knowledge of restaurant POS systems and operational reporting
• Organized, reliable, and confident in leading teams through busy service periods
• Passion for hospitality, craft beer, and elevating the guest experience
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
