MH Per the manager: Need an Android Kotlin , Node JS developer Onsite in US - preferably locally to NWA (North West Arkansas) if possible We need this talent ASAP Responsibilities: Android Development: Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Work with external data sources and APIs. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. NodeJS Development: Develop scalable and maintainable server-side applications using NodeJS. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Implement RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications. Debug and optimize server-side code for performance and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to NodeJS development. Code Quality and Documentation: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code for both Android and NodeJS applications. Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. Document code, processes, and systems for future reference and collaboration. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand project requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in Android development using Kotlin. Strong proficiency in server-side development using NodeJS. Experience with RESTful API design and implementation. Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and backend development processes. Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly. Saxon Global
