What You Will Do: The Nursing Inquiry Coordinator collaborates with key nurse leaders and front-line clinicians at Bayview Medical Center to lead, direct, coordinate, and evaluate the design of key initiatives and projects that have a direct effect on professional practice nursing programs to achieve objectives and standards. Responsibilities include: Chair the Nursing Inquiry Council QI/EBP/Research education Serve as a consultant to the nursing units Review research studies and serve as PI, co-PI for studies Data management Writing/editing/publishing What Awaits You? Applicants without the required degree who are enrolled and matriculated in a MSN program may be considered. Three to five years of clinical nursing experience with three years’ program or project management experience. Current registered nurse licensure in the state of Maryland Ability to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary setting in order to facilitate problem solving and establish productive working relationships. Salary Range: Minimum 43.93 per hour - Maximum 68.09 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
