What you’ll do:
Conduct office drug and alcohol testing in accordance with Tomo Drug Testing procedures
Maintain and care for Tomo-owned equipment
Record completed tests daily through billable entries
Coordinate and submit testing paperwork each day
Submit client updates to the Program Administration Department, if applicable
Provide client feedback and identify growth opportunities to your District Manager
Deliver outstanding customer service and create raving fans
Perform other related duties as assigned
