Various Locations: Sarasota, FL area & Jacksonville, FL

We are recruiting for the leading healthcare construction firm in the Florida market with various locations available. They specialize in Healthcare and unique Commercial projects. Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Healthcare construction projects (1 or 2 at a time) from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to quality standards.
• Foster strong client relationships and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
• Provide effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager in Senior Living and Healthcare projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality projects.
• Technology experience in Autodesk, BIM360 and P6
