Position Overview: Insight Global is seeking to hire a Sales Manager fully onsite in Fairburn, GA. Our client is a leader in high performance coating solutions and service many industries including automotive, food and beverage, etc. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team of 4-6 sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Manage 4-5 key accounts.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
• Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience as a B2B Sales Manager.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Compensation: $80,000 to $120,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
