Job Description:

• Looking for a sourcing specialist to join team in Juno Beach Florida Office.

Responsibilities:

• Executes the sourcing process for assigned areas
• Analyzes responses to complex bid requests, points out commercial differences, and makes succinct recommendations in selecting appropriate suppliers for contract awards
• Develops and maintains relationships with business units and suppliers, and conducts complex negotiations successfully under aggressive time demands
• Recommends and communicates sourcing strategy, progress, and results to supervision and management
• Conducts industry analysis and evaluates supplier performance
• Provides market data to support supplier selection, qualification, and on-going performance management
• Drives down the total cost of ownership, and assists in managing the external spend
• Participates in sourcing data analysis, forecasting and planning
• Develops new sources of supply and monitors ongoing supplier performance
• Conducts business dealings with the highest level of integrity and regard for corporate guidelines, legal and environmental regulations

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of 2 years of procurement experience
• Demonstrated success in managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and managing purchasing cycles.
• Knowledge of contract terms, conditions, and clauses, including the ability to draft and review procurement contracts.
