As Spa Manager , youll oversee an established and thriving spa , leading an experienced team of 30 plus professionals while driving business growth and operational excellence.

What Youll Do:

Lead & Develop Your Team: Mentor, support, and inspire your experienced staff to perform at their best.
Drive Business Growth: Implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and memberships.
Optimize Operations: Oversee scheduling, staffing, and inventory to maximize efficiency and profitability.
Enhance the Guest Experience: Maintain a welcoming, relaxing environment and ensure top-tier service.
Ensure Compliance & Excellence: Uphold all company policies and industry regulations.

Work-Life Balance & Perks

Flexible Scheduling The Spa Manager works two weekend shifts per month and some evenings, but youll have the ability to create your own schedule for work-life balance.
