VIDEO PRODUCTION INTERN

Location: Towson, Maryland

Type: Part-Time, Hybrid (filming in person and editing remotely)

Compensation: $15/hour (15–20 hours/week)

Harbor Marketing Agency helps craft beverage brands—think breweries, distilleries, and wineries—fill their tasting rooms and scale their revenue through high-performing digital marketing. We use Facebook & Instagram ads, email & SMS marketing, and engaging content to drive real business results.

We’re a lean, fast-moving team and we’re currently looking for a Video Production Intern who can help us consistently produce content and marketing assets that get attention, drive leads, and grow our brand.

The Role

We're looking for a creative, self-sufficient Video Production Intern who can help us film and edit short-form videos (think YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikToks, and ad creatives).

You’ll work in person once per week to shoot content (we’ll plan ahead), and then take that footage and turn it into polished marketing assets. This isn’t a corporate editing gig—we want fast cuts, engaging hooks, captions, memes, trending audio, and everything else that makes modern content pop .

What You'll Do

• Film weekly content in person (we’ll schedule a weekly shoot day).
• Edit 5–10 videos per week across formats: Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and long-form.
• Add captions, music, transitions, graphics, and effects to enhance watchability and engagement.
• Optimize content for each platform (vertical format, thumbnails, titles, etc.).
• Help set up camera, lighting, and audio (equipment provided).

Requirements

• Ideal candidate has experience editing content in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
• Familiarity with social media trends and short-form video formats.
• Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and attention-grabbing editing techniques.
• Comfortable working on-site and filming with a DSLR or phone + mic setup.
