About Us:

The Carcoon America division of Clayton specializes in creating high-quality inflatable structures including inflatable paint booths and Inflatable humidity controlled shelters. We pride ourselves on precision and craftsmanship, and were looking for a skilled Commercial Sewing Machine operators to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Operate commercial sewing machines to assemble inflatable structure components
• Sewing vinyl, heavy duty zippers, and Velcro
• Read and interpret patterns and blueprints.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Maintain sewing machines to ensure efficient operation.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience operating commercial sewing machines required.
• Familiarity with Juki Sewing machines is a plus but not required
• Knowledge of different sewing techniques and materials.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents, including patterns and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Must have transportation.

Schedule :

• This is a full time IN HOUSE position. Consultants or remote workers need not apply.
• Monday - Friday
• 8am - 5pm
